Oversee the overnight audit process and accounting functions, including daily reporting of revenues and accounts payables, transaction audits and verifications, and preparation of final statements for the next day's check-outs.;
May perform reception duties for late-night guests, including check-ins and addressing guest requests.;
Check front office accounting records for accuracy and summarize information for the hotel's financial records.;
Balance the day’s charges and ensure charges are posted to the correct guest folio or master account.;
Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints during night shift.
