Career Strategies is seeking a Property Accountant to manage accounting and financial reporting for assigned properties in Salt Lake City, UT. The role includes month-end close, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and coordination of mortgage/escrow activities.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of property accounting experience, a BA in Accounting preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and real estate software such as Yardi, App Folio, Entrata or CYMA.
