WhatYou'll Do
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple operating companies.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Review financial statements and account reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members across the portfolio.
- Improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and operational support.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate external audits, tax reporting, lender reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Support acquisition due diligence, purchase accounting, and post‑acquisition integration activities.
- Standardize accounting policies and reporting practices across portfolio companies.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Work closely with the CFO and Executive Team on special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience managing accounting operations and month‑end close processes.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- CPA designation.
- Experience in a multi‑entity or multi‑location environment.
- Experience working with private equity, family office, or holding company structures.
- Experience supporting acquisitions and post‑acquisition integrations.
- Experience with ERP implementations or accounting system optimization.
- Enjoy solving problems and improving processes.
- Take ownership and follow through.

- Can operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
