Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or accounting who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Process and maintain customer accounts and billing information
- Prepare and send invoices
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
- Post and apply customer payments accurately
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with collections activities and customer account questions
- Research and resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end processes
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances and payments
- Work with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
