We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations for a company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who can manage core bookkeeping functions independently while serving as a reliable accounting resource across the business. The right candidate will bring strong experience in job costing, payables, receivables, and account reconciliation, along with the ability to keep financial records accurate and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full bookkeeping cycle, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting activity across the organization.
• Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner while ensuring accounts payable records remain complete and up to date.
• Manage customer billing, post incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding balances to support accounts receivable operations.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Track project-related expenses and maintain job cost data to help monitor construction and operational spending.
• Prepare financial information and supporting documentation needed for internal reporting and routine accounting review.
• Use Quick Books to record transactions, organize account activity, and maintain dependable financial data.
• Serve as a go-to accounting resource by assisting with a broad range of bookkeeping tasks and helping keep processes running smoothly.
