This is an office-based position, and candidates who are able to work from our Salt Lake City office will be considered.

The Accountant will support day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, assist with month-end close, and provide general accounting support to the business.###

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and timely accounting records and transactions
* Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
* Prepare and post journal entries
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
* Maintain the general ledger and supporting documentation
* Assist with financial reporting and analysis
* Support invoice processing, payments, and expense reporting
* Assist with payroll-related accounting activities as needed
* Maintain organized financial records and documentation
* Support audits and provide information requested by internal or external parties
* Identify discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve accounting issues
* Perform other accounting duties as needed### Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience
* Experience with general accounting principles and financial transactions
* Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and general ledger activities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and spreadsheets### Education
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
* Equivalent relevant accounting experience and/or education may be considered### Skills
