Hose and Rubber Supply is seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO and senior leadership team, including the Vice Presidents of Revenue, Operations, and Finance.

This role is ideal for an experienced EA who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys enabling leaders to operate at their best. This is a hands‑on, onsite position based at the company’s South Salt Lake headquarters, supporting a fast‑moving executive team with a consistent in‑office presence and a typical full‑time workload of approximately 45 hours per week. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the executive team—anticipating needs, creating structure where helpful, and ensuring strong follow‑through on priorities.

Hose and Rubber Supply is an employee‑owned (ESOP) organization with approximately 100 employees across five states. Our culture is practical, team‑oriented, and growth‑minded, with a strong emphasis on ownership, accountability, and collaboration.

Hose & Rubber Supply operates using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). This role will play a key part in supporting and reinforcing EOS discipline across the executive team.

Responsibilities
  • Owning execution of the EOS meeting cadence, including weekly executive meetings and quarterly and annual planning sessions
  • Preparing and maintaining scorecards, rocks, issues lists, and agendas
  • Managing meeting logistics, capturing decisions and action items, and ensuring follow‑through
  • Developing a strong working knowledge of EOS and supporting consistent operating rhythms
  • Develop an understanding of P&Ls and key financial drivers (does not own the P&L)
  • Track and manage budgets related to travel, events, and executive initiatives
  • Organize financial data and proactively flag variances, trends, or potential risks
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and three senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and logistics to optimize executive time
  • Prepare, organize, and standardize materials for executive meetings, including presentations and agendas
  • Track action items and follow‑ups to support accountability and execution
  • Streamline executive workflows, processes, and communication
  • Partner closely with an existing administrative assistant to ensure seamless coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams
  • Support leadership meetings, offsites, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple executives and manage competing priorities
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a less structured environment
  • Confident communicator with professionalism and discretion
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting executive‑level correspondence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Compensation & Schedule
  • $71,500 to $95,000 per year (base salary of $71,500 to $83,500 plus quarterly Employee Owner Incentive bonus program)
  • Schedule:

    45+ hours a week
