We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager Assistant to support our client-facing Account Managers. This role is critical in keeping accounts on track by managing communications, monitoring emails, organizing tasks, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through matter.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage shared and individual email inboxes to ensure timely responses and follow-ups
- Track client requests, deadlines, and action items to keep Account Managers organized and on schedule
- Assist with client communications, including drafting emails and coordinating next steps
- Maintain accurate client records, notes, and documentation
- Organize calendars, meetings, and reminders related to client accounts
- Follow up internally to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day administrative and operational needs
- Identify potential issues or gaps and proactively flag them before they become problems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
- Professional and client-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with email, calendars, and CRM or tracking systems
- Self-starter who can work independently while supporting a team
- Previous experience in an administrative, account support, or client service role
- Experience supporting client-facing teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project tracking tools, or shared inbox management
This position plays a key role in ensuring Account Managers can focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships while knowing that organization, communication, and follow-through are handled seamlessly behind the scenes.
