We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator!
The Operation Coordinator is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within multiple systems and platforms. This individual is motivated by completing tasks accurately, resolving issues efficiently, and helping processes run smoothly. We are seeking someone dependable, who can manage responsibilities independently, follow established processes, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include- Maintain organized records of URLs, logins, portal links, and account access for social media and local listings
- Manage and fulfill Help Desk requests from internal teams
- Coordinate with the Transitions team to support listing, social, and account transfers/set ups during acquisitions and dispositions
- Provide operational support to regional teams for website set ups, reputation platforms, and social media accounts as needed
- Manage the setup and configuration of reputation management tools, including creating new accounts, establishing location profiles, and organizing user logins and access.
- Ensure local listings and social accounts are properly connected within the reputation management dashboard after set-up
- Work with website providers to confirm accurate property information and proper system integrations
- Identify recurring issues and communicate opportunities for process improvements
- Partner with regional teams and onsite staff to keep projects on track and moving forward
- Provide regular updates regarding help desk activity and the status of acquisitions and dispositions
- Coordinate with department assistants to ensure online audits are completed in a timely manner
- Support special projects and additional operational requests as needed
- Manage assigned responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
- At least one year of administrative experience
- At least 6 months of experience in property management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including basic formula knowledge
- Experience in supporting a help desk or ticketing system
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Full-Time $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
