Biology research lab is looking to hire an undergraduate student to fill an administrative position. This is a part‑time position (15 hrs per week) with a salary ranging from $10 to $15 per hour depending on experience.

Position is responsible for various assignments including but not limited to assisting faculty with a range of administrative support activities such as preparing correspondence, scanning and printing documents, organizing documents, ordering supplies, coordinating travel itineraries, preparing reimbursement requests, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalency required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Accounting and/or office experience preferred.
Preferred QualificationsThe preferred candidate will be self‑motivated, with strong organizational skills.
