Overview
Administrative Assistant - Dermatology. Per the Department of Dermatology, Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative support duties to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Will work for several department directors.
Responsibilities- Provides administrative support for directors in the Dermatology administrative office.
- Create and maintain digital files and resources, compile reports, and manage, store, and disseminate information, ensuring security and compliance of information.
- Manage calendars and schedules for administrators.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking projects and action items from meetings.
- Help coordinate new faculty and APC onboarding and orientation; also assist with pre-hire/onboarding steps for staff.
- Collects, organizes and analyzes data for reports, including patient survey data, compliance reports, etc.
- Assist with purchasing and making travel arrangements.
- REDCap superuser for the department.
- Remain knowledgeable of department policies.
- May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Administrative Assistants, III:
Requires 3+ years of related experience. - Administrative Assistants, IV:
Requires 5+ years of related experience.
This is a Skilled Level position in the Support track (III) or a Highly Skilled Level position in the Support track (IV).
Additional InformationThis position may be hired at a level III or level IV. More details will be shared during the interview process.
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Administrative Assistants, III or Administrative Assistants, IV.
