This role supports the CEO of a fast-growing digital marketing firm specializing in hospitality and food & beverage (F&B) clients. The company works with restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands to elevate their online presence through strategy, branding, and social media.
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support with personal and household tasks to the CEO of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities independently.
Digital marketing and social media skills are a strong bonus, as occasional light support in these areas may be requested.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Running personal errands (shopping, returns, deliveries, etc.)
- Managing household affairs and coordinating home services
- Scheduling and coordinating personal appointments
- Handling basic administrative tasks and correspondence
- Assisting with occasional light digital marketing or social media tasks (bonus skill)
- Providing general organizational support to streamline daily operations
- High school diploma or above and valid driver’s license
