Personal Assistant - Office Manager - Driver - Fleet Manager

At Golden Luxury Auto our business is rapidly growing and the owner needs a personal assistant.

The owner is currently looking for a personal assistant to assist him with organizing the business needs, this includes paperwork, and follow up with marketing, accounting and to fill in the needs of the other areas of our business that could be organizing employee schedules, delivering a car to client or to our mechanic, tire or windshield shop. Basically the job will vary by the day and the needs for that week.

If you like luxury cars and are organized and your schedule is flexible this job could be perfect for you.

We have a great team at Golden Luxury Auto. Our team of detailers at our detail shop wash and detail each car before delivery.

We have drivers who pick up and coordinate delivery of the vehicles, our web presence is strong because of our overachieving web and social media developers.

We also have a virtual assistants who assists with online data, bookkeeping updating the details and numbers and stats for each car, and inputting them into a spreadsheet and quickbooks.

This role would be hourly or salary plus commission.

A valid driver's license is a must. Communication skills are important as when we pick people up from the airport, we educate them about Salt Lake City and activities that are happening around the city.

Attention to fine details as we want each car delivered clean with all the proper paperwork and pictures needed before each rental.

Good on the phones as we call people to explain the pick up and drop off process and assistance in managing other people's vehicles.
