This Opportunity

The Project Assistant plays a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations through administrative support, calendar management, project coordination, and professional communication. Ideal candidates are driven, adaptable self‑starters who are eager to learn the construction process from the ground up, gain field exposure, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Your Day‑to‑Day
  • Greets guests and staff with professionalism, providing directions and notifying appropriate personnel upon arrival.
  • Answers and routes incoming calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Manages meeting room scheduling and setup as needed.
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including coordination with carriers such as USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS; maintains adequate shipping supplies.
  • Coordinates refreshments, catering, and lunch orders for meetings upon request.
  • Maintains cleanliness and stock levels in kitchen areas, including beverage refrigerators and water stations.
  • Supports departmental efficiency by completing various administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Always ensures a professional and welcoming front office environment.
  • Maintains regular, timely, and dependable attendance.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
You’re Ready for This Role If You Have
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer‑facing role—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and common web browsers.
  • Bilingual – Spanish preferred.
  • Familiarity with managing shared calendars and coordinating conference room schedules.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
