Description
Provide support for the PSD sales department. (Full Time Position)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able and committed to work safely, including daily Tyfoom/TRACK card usage and other actions to contribute to zero-accident, zero-injury company goals
- Tyfoom engagement to be 95% or above
- Accurately prepares and process AVID invoices
- Set up new vendors
- Provides backup for Office Manager as needed
- Provides backup for reserving sales and rental equipment when needed
- Enter sales and delivery dates
- Provide EDR to PSSR for new equipment
- Track rental equipment, MSO’s, titles and sold equipment
- Provide equipment for rental equipment
- TEPS annual billing
- Open ESC warranty work orders, add contract enrollment fee and invoice
- Working with accounting to make sure special accounting functions are performed and errors are fixed
- Update/ Add project folders
- Save rental information into project folders
- Ordering office supplies, maintain copier/printer supplies and other miscellaneous items.
- Event planning for Power Systems
- Completing all tasks on time and checking to ensure everything is accurate
- Complete O&M documentation
- DBS sales equipment entry
- Lead opportunity scanning
- Assist Project Manager
- CSQ Reservation
- Update DBS serial numbers
- Attaching trailers to rental equipment in DBS
- Complete yearly training
Qualifications:
- Must be able and committed to work adhering to other Wheeler values including integrity, service, stewardship, and people
- Clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and drug screen(s).
- Knowledge of DBS system and how it works behind the scenes
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Knowledge of Smartsheet
- Time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks to make deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Positive attitude, professional workmanshi
