- Plan and organize company meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and catering when necessary
- Coordination of building/office access for office staff, guests, and reserving meeting rooms when applicable
- Liaising with corporate finance team to ensure submission of monthly expense reports and deposit checks sent to office
- Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate meeting notes (CEO and other senior leaders)
- Assist in managing the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments, prioritizing the most sensitive matters, and overall calendar optimization
- Contribute to special project initiatives assigned by CEO & other senior leaders
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
Qualifications
- 2+ years work experience and a drive to succeed
- Responsible professional with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Resourceful problem solver able to anticipate and proactively solve issues that may arise
