Provides routine office support. Reviews and processes documents and requests for information, maintains files, enters data and distributes mail.
Responsibilities- Maintains and adds vendor profiles in accounting software as requested.
- Reviewing and approving supplier set up in electronic payment request.
- Review and approve vendor profiles in Payment Works software.
- Work closely with tax services ensuring proper tax , tax classifications and withholding for all University vendor profiles.
- Answers inquiries that may result in a search for records.
- Works with accuracy and detail and maintains confidentiality with a high level of integrity.
- Data entry and completing various types of correspondence.
- Consistently provides excellent customer service.
- May process payments and prepare receipts.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments through accurate vendor set up and updates.
- Adding and maintaining employee reimbursement profiles in Concur travel software.

Must be a current University of Utah student.
Preferences- One year of general office experience, or equivalency; effective communication skills, and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required.
