Administrative Assistant to join their team. - Manage daily office and front desk operations
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
- Greet clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate schedules for executives, meetings, and conference rooms
- Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives
- Liaise with outside vendors and maintain strong working relationships
- Ensure the office remains organized, professional, and well-stocked
- Order and track office supplies
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required)
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and anticipate needs
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to grow and take on more responsibility
