Under the supervisor’s direction, the team member serves as a backup contact for the Division of Water Rights, assisting customers by phone, in person, and via email. Key responsibilities include managing document scanning, assisting in the file room, processing address changes, and providing receptionist coverage. The individual also supplies division-wide clerical support as needed. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary scanning support.
- Monitor Division email and online submissions.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide information and assistance to the public. Provide division-wide general clerical support to the staff including Dam Safety, Stream Alteration, Distribution, Adjudication, Well Drilling and Appropriation sections.
- Provide file room assistance. Maintain and/or create files or record keeping systems. Sort, label, file and retrieve documents or other materials.
- Process address changes and other Public Inquiry Section Functions.
