Part-Time Receptionist

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls.
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Scan and accurately attach documents into our management system.
• Assist with additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or GED (no college degree required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• General computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Business casual attire is required.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Evening shifts, Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 5:00 pm (training hours will be discussed during interviews).
