Job Summary

The School of Dance is looking for a front office student assistant to provide routine office support. This position will help the School of Dance Administrative Team with tasks such as: reviewing and processing documents, maintaining files, entering data, space scheduling, and distributing mail.

Responsibilities
  • Greet students, faculty, and staff in main office
  • Schedule student and faculty studio use
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer inquiries that may result in a search for records
  • Gather and assemble data for reports
Minimum Qualifications

One year of general office experience, or equivalency; effective communication skills, and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required.
