Job Location:

OSC Utah - Salt Lake City, UT 84111, Coordinator II, Events builds on core event support with a hybrid presence, providing dependable operational and administrative support for company-wide and Learner events while extending coverage of key collaborator and Learner touchpoints, including the Future of Nursing and New Learner Welcome Forum.

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company-wide and learner events in collaboration with the Manager, Event Management.
  • In-person support for Governance and Operations at a minimum of 2 days per week or as needed.
  • Serve as main New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) support for collaborators.
  • Serve as main support for the Future of Nursing (FON) and New Learner Welcome Forum (NLWF).
  • Support Learner Event Inbox.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage event logistics.
  • Provide administrative support: filing, managing records, preparing correspondence.
  • Research and book venues, vendors, and travel as needed.
  • Serve as backup receptionist: answer phones, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Prepare, print, copy, and assemble materials for events and meetings.
  • Support additional projects or tasks, as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and virtual event platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with administrative systems such as filing, record keeping, and office procedures.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
