We are seeking a driven, organized, and customer‑focused Fleet Service Advisor to support our growing Commercial & Fleet Department. Commercial Focus: Work directly with business clients, municipalities, and fleet operators to keep their vehicles road‑ready

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet customers
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services to minimize vehicle downtime
• Create accurate repair orders and ensure proper documentation for billing and warranty
• Communicate repair updates, timelines, and approvals clearly and professionally
• Work closely with technicians and parts departments to prioritize fleet needs
• Maintain strong relationships with business clients to drive retention and long‑term partnerships
• Assist with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and follow‑up to ensure satisfaction

Experience:
Prior automotive service advising experience required; fleet or commercial service experience strongly preferred

Skills:
Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume environment

Knowledge:
Understanding of automotive maintenance, repair processes, and warranty procedures
GM experience is a plus

Requirements:
Must be drug‑free, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and pass a background check
