Our Assistant Service Advisor role supports our Service Advisors, technicians, and service drive team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Pay$18 - $22 per hour depending on experience
Opportunity for advancement into a Service Advisor role with commission earning potential.

- Support Service Advisors with repair orders and service documentation
- Help schedule automotive service appointments
- Communicate service updates with customers
- Coordinate with technicians and the parts department
- Maintain organized service records and customer information
- Help ensure smooth operations in a high-volume dealership service department
- Customer service experience required
- Automotive dealership or service advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive service department
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
