Experienced Automotive Service Technicians capable to work in a dynamic (Different Jobs and different cars everyday), supportive (Team atmosphere without drama), and productive (we haven't run out of work in years) environment. This is an excellent opportunity. This is not an entry level position. We are looking for technicians with 2+ years experience in the automotive industry with demonstrated diagnostic skills.
ResponsibilitiesTechnicians accurately identify deficiencies with customer vehicles, fill out out reports to convey deficiencies to the service advisor team including parts and labor necessary to fix the car "correctly", and conduct repairs in accordance with the approved work order. Identify and accelerate unsafe conditions to the service advisors ASAP to assure we protect the customer, the business, and the technician.
QualificationsA positive attitude and dedication to supporting our customers everyday to the best of our ability. A successful technician will have sufficient training and experience to conduct a detailed inspection of every vehicle and identify the root cause of the problem. Formal training in an Automotive Tech program is preferred, however shop experience with Certifications is sufficient. Technicians must have tools for the job.
