We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to manage client accounts, oversee billing communications, and ensure accurate payment processing. If you have experience in accounts receivable, billing, and customer service-and thrive in a fast-paced environment-this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities- 🔹 Process incoming rental agreements
- 🔹 Manage and file claim invoices
- 🔹 Post, verify, and record customer payments
- 🔹 Create and maintain company accounts
- 🔹 Ensure account accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- 🔹 Support internal and external audits
- 🔹 Handle monthly billing paperwork and maintain customer files
- 🔹 Provide exceptional customer service
