Most enrollment functions are designed to maximize volume. This one is designed to uphold standards.
At 2 Hour Learning, we serve families who demand precision, discretion, and evidence. We condense a complete school day into two concentrated hours through AI‑powered, mastery‑based learning. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, and the outcomes are measurable. Afternoons remain open for depth work, independence, and applied skill development. The model delivers results. But it depends entirely on the right family fit.
This is where your role begins.
You will oversee the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a handoff position. You own how families engage with us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decision is made with full clarity. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not volume maximization.

We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership services, or entrepreneurial operators who have personally managed high‑value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a high‑touch, multi‑phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and disciplined follow‑through.

What You Will Be Doing- Overseeing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Facilitating needs‑assessment discussions to establish fit before introducing solutions or advising on next steps.
- Tracking 20+ active family relationships across varying stages of the enrollment cycle, with full clarity on status and follow‑up timelines.
- Guiding campus tours, shadow visits, and decision‑making conversations that transparently convey outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (Hub Spot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
- Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
- Accepting families who are not aligned simply to meet a quota.
- Overseeing a sizable team or operating within complex approval hierarchies.
- Handing off responsibility for the family journey to other team members.
Working from a remote location. This role is campus‑based by design.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver a high‑trust, highly selective enrollment process that attracts and converts the right families while safeguarding the integrity and performance standards of the 2 Hour Learning model.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where quality of service directly shapes brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner‑operated service businesses).
- Proven ownership of a full‑cycle client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
- Ability to share specific examples of consultative decision‑making, including occasions when you advised against your own product or service due to poor fit.
