We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects from planning through execution. This role focuses on operational, business, and organizational projects (not software or IT development). The ideal candidate excels at communication, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and can effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery for non-technical business initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reports.
- Facilitate project meetings, drive alignment, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Identify project risks and issues; propose mitigation strategies and elevate when needed.
- Track progress against milestones and KPIs, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
- Support process improvement initiatives to optimize project workflows and team efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7 years of experience managing non-technical, operational, or business projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, , MS Project).
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus but not required.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate goals into actionable plans
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of ownership and initiative
- Adaptable and comfortable working in evolving environments
