We are looking for a qualified Risk Associate that will be responsible for contract and subcontract tracking, contract negotiations, insurance administration, document control, and completing customer prequalification forms. This position is in‑person located in our Salt Lake City, Utah office.

- Contracts
: track, review, and red line contracts and purchase orders from customers. Issue, track, and negotiate subcontracts and modifications with subcontractors and professional service providers. - Insurance
: achieve fluency in our insurance policies. Manage claims to completion. Track certificates of insurance for customers and ensure insurance compliance of our vendors. - Corporate Compliance
: ensure corporate documents are organized, up‑to‑date and files appropriately. Track state business license dates. - Prequalification
: assist in the customer prequalification process, organize required information, and respond in a timely manner. - Licensing
: determine contractor license requirements, support qualified individuals in licensing process, and facilitate smooth renewals.
- Business, Social Sciences, Pre‑law, or Humanities bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in legal/paralegal, compliance, or risk‑related field
- Experience reading and understanding legal documents
- Fluency in insurance requirements
- Ability to understand own limitations and proactively seek help from subject matter experts
- Highly organized and methodical
