We're looking for a relationship builder and performance orchestrator who can transform property ownership into a rewarding journey for our Mountain state clients. As a Client Success Manager, you're the trusted bridge between Forge Management and property owners, ensuring each asset achieves its fullest potential while creating spaces where communities can flourish.
What You’ll Do- Client Partnership:
Serve as the primary relationship owner for your portfolio, building trust through responsive communication and insightful guidance. - Business Development:
Grow your portfolio through our combined reputation and vision for property management. - Performance Optimization:
Leverage Forge Analytics to identify leading indicators and translate them into proactive strategies that maximize returns. - Cross-Division Orchestration:
Coordinate seamlessly across Success divisions to ensure every aspect of property operations aligns with owner objectives. - Community
Experience:
Work with Community Success to create environments where residents can live their most vivid stories. - Business System Integration:
Partner with Business Success to ensure reporting accuracy, contract integrity, and compliance excellence. - Opportunity Identification:
Spot emerging trends and repositioning opportunities that can elevate property performance and resident satisfaction. - Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute property business plans that balance short‑term results with long‑term value creation. - Start‑Up Mentality:
Contribute to and take ownership of processes typically handled by other departments in larger companies.
- Client satisfaction and retention scores
- Business development of quality client partnerships
- Timeliness and quality of owner communications
- Portfolio NOI performance relative to budget/forecast
Cross‑division coordination effectiveness - Issue resolution efficiency and follow‑through
You're a relationship‑focused strategist who combines analytical thinking with excellent communication skills. Your experience in property or asset management has taught you how to balance owner objectives with operational realities, and you thrive in collaborative environments that demand both leadership and teamwork. You have a willingness to get into the weeds, but the experience to grow out them and perform through a growing group of professionals.
Exposure to both residential and commercial properties is preferred.
- Base Salary: $140,000-$160,000, paid semi‑monthly
- Bonus Structure: 8% performance bonus available, subject to the terms of the company’s bonus program, which may be amended from time to time
