VP of PARTNERSHIPS | ROLE OVERVIEWAs eHub’s VP of Partnerships, you will be an instrumental leader for the future of our business, driving visibility, efficiency, and performance with eHub’s partnership functions. Your role is to help align and lead a key revenue channel to unprecedented and transformative growth. You are responsible for implementing strategies to optimize partnership efficacy, executing seamlessly alongside other revenue functions, forecasting and delivering the company with revenue predictability and strong performance outcomes, and collaborating with leaders of other departments.
This role requires a strong understanding of both the logistics industry and the technology that supports it, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Develop and implement comprehensive partnership growth strategies (both short and long-term) that integrate within the company’s comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and programs.
Process Review & OptimizationContinuously analyze the processes that drive eHub’s current customer journey lifecycle to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, increase accountability, and enhance the customer and partner experience.
Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to revenue teams, ensuring they are equipped and enabled with the knowledge, tools, and products to effectively achieve revenue-related targets and to continuously improve.
Performance Measurement and ReportingConsistently track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance to identify and implement areas for improvement and to make data‑driven decisions.
Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate effectively with other revenue and corporate departments to ensure alignment and synergy in revenue generation efforts. Demonstrate inclusiveness in strategy development.
Industry KnowledgeStay up‑to‑date on the latest trends and technologies in the commerce industry, including competitive advancements, and proactively represent their potential impact on partnership and revenue growth.
VP of PARTNERSHIPS | EXPECTED SKILLS Strong Leadership and Communication SkillsProven ability to effectively lead and motivate revenue teams, communicate strategic vision, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Keen understanding of financial principles and the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue, track key performance indicators, and partner closely with Revenue & Finance teams for optimal financial outcomes.
Deep Understanding of Revenue Best PracticesExpertise in a variety of industry-leading business development methodologies, value-selling practices, and customer relationship management principles.
Proficiency in SaaS TechnologyThorough understanding of SaaS technology markets, including the fulfillment/logistics sector, with expectation to drive core elements of the eHub product roadmap, business development process and customer journey.
Data Analysis & ActionDemonstrated ability to analyze data from a variety of meaningful sources to identify trends, assess performance, make informed decisions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Strategic ThinkingExcellent ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership optimization programs that align with and support eHub’s Revenue and overall Corporate business objectives.
Complexity ManagementUnderstand and competently orchestrate the challenging complexities related to the people, process and technology within the fulfillment / logistics industry.
Problem-Solving and Decision-MakingThe ability to identify and dynamically resolve issues related to partnership and customer success, leveraging experience and existing personnel to find and implement effective solutions.
VP of PARTNERSHIPS | MINIMUM ROLE QUALIFICATIONS Track Record of SuccessDemonstrated personal leadership success of repeated revenue goal attainment and over‑achievement, growth of relative responsibility and scope, and the progression of personnel under management.
Educational BackgroundA bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is considered a minimum, with an advanced education (i.e., MBA) strongly preferred.
Revenue Platform Experience and LeverageDeep expertise with revenue / business productivity tools and proven adoption of application implementation and usage by teams for enhanced reporting, accountability, and decision‑making.
