WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Supply Chain Manager is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for driving profitability through demand forecasting, inventory management, and business analysis. In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with Product Development, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory strategies, inventory levels, and financial plans align with company goals and evolving customer demand.

Ideal candidates bring experience in merchandise/product planning within a trend-sensitive, SKU-intensive category—experience in jewelry or accessories is strongly preferred. This role requires a balance of analytical rigor, cross-functional partnership, and a deep understanding of assortment dynamics, seasonality, and margin optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise/Product Planning & Financial Strategy:

Develop and implement merchandise and inventory planning strategies to drive sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity across all sales channels.

Partner with Product Development to create top-down seasonal financial plans that align with category strategies and financial targets.

Guide the team in bottom-up style and SKU-level plans to support Open-to-Buy (OTB), productivity goals, and inventory efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally to build and refine the line architecture by category and collection, ensuring a balanced assortment that supports newness, core, and seasonal demand.

Align financial forecasts with design and merchandising output to ensure buy depth, breadth, and flow meet performance goals.

Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management:

Lead monthly demand planning cycles, ensuring accurate forecasts for core styles, top sellers, and new collections.

Work closely with Supply Chain on raw materials and production planning, ensuring timely replenishment and inventory alignment with promotional and marketing calendars.

Implement and oversee OTB frameworks, replenishment strategies, and lifecycle planning for core and seasonal SKUs.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership:

Analyze sales performance, product mix, and inventory health to identify risks, opportunities, and insights at the category, style, and channel level.

Serve as the central planning lead across key business functions including Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Present financial forecasts, inventory updates, and business recommendations to senior leadership.

Continuously drive process innovation and planning tool improvements to support scalability and growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

4-5+ years of experience in merchandise/product planning, buying, demand forecasting, or inventory management—experience in jewelry or a closely related category (accessories, beauty, or fashion) strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
