We are a licensed and NAEYC-accredited organization providing high-quality afterschoolprograms for children ages 5-12. As an After school Youth Leader, youwill lead engaging enrichment activities, supervise children, and provide safe transportation to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & implement enrichment activities that support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where children feel safe and engaged.
- Supervise and interact with children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and community service projects.
- Encourage teamwork, leadership, andself-confidence through structured group activities.
- Lead and participate in community service projects toteach responsibility and civic engagement.
- Provide outdoor recreational opportunities that promote physical activity, teamwork, and exploration.
- Ensure safety and proper group management using positive behavior techniques.
- Transport children safely using a 15-passenger van to andfrom school.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and youth participants.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High-energy, responsible, and passionate about working with children.
- First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Utah Driver’s License with a clean driving record(required for transportation duties).
- Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass a background checkand drug test.
- Must demonstrate at least three strong leadership qualities.
- Part-time positions available:
Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM(after school hours). - Full-time positions available now with a split shift schedule,before school hours and then after school hours.
- Competitive Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, DOE.
