- Part or full time | $16+/hour | Benefits | $200 signing bonus
- Pay progression plan starting at $16/hr
- Performance Bonuses*:
- $600 at 6 months
- $800 at 12 months
- $1000 at 18 months
- $1000 every 6 months after 18 months
- Bonus based on full-time hours; part-time may take longer to reach bonuses
- Shift options: 8 or 12 hours
- Referral Bonus: $400
Located in Mt. Pleasant, Utah, Oxbow Academy provides specialized treatment for families in crisis, often being the last hope for families. Our focus is on providing a safe environment where young men can begin healing from issues like broken sexual boundaries, anxiety, and shame.
As a youth mentor, you will help rebuild trust, provide hope, and facilitate healing through meaningful relationships and high-adventure activities that foster growth and trust.
Qualifications:- 20+ years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks
- Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
- First Aid & CPR certified (training may be provided)
- Aegis certified (training may be provided)
- $200 signing bonus
