OverviewThe Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Scheduler to support large-scale Heavy Civil and HHWAY projects
. In addition to project scheduling, this role will play a key part in managing company-wide resources, including internal scheduling for equipment and crews.
- $100,000 – $180,000 annually (DOE)

- 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling and project controls
- Primavera P6 proficiency at a professional level
- Experience supporting public and private works projects
- Advanced capability building and maintaining baseline schedules for large, self-perform Heavy Civil and HHWAY projects
- Proven construction scheduling experience (heavy civil preferred)
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Experience with Heavy Bid software is a plus
- Solid understanding of project coordination and construction management principles
- Familiarity with construction site operations (preferred, not required)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Coordinate closely with project managers and field teams to align schedules, sequencing, and deliverables
- Track project progress and adjust schedules proactively to meet deadlines
- Communicate schedule updates, risks, and changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare schedule reports and performance metrics for senior leadership
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose practical solutions
- Assist with training team members on scheduling tools and best practices
- Support project coordination by providing timely, accurate scheduling data
- Help manage firm-wide resource scheduling, including equipment and crew utilization
