Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

As a Field Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects by organizing, planning, and scheduling tasks to complete work on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:- Refine and implement site planning, logistics, and procedures for project execution while conducting surveys and verifying team members' work.
- Monitor and communicate the progress schedule, coordinating with the overall project timeline and subcontractors.
- Enforce a comprehensive safety and security program in line with company policies.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Control program, conducting inspections and managing deficiency logs.
- Document project performance through daily reports and coordinate with inspection agencies for compliance.
- Facilitate dispute resolution processes and manage owner acceptance of completed work, assisting in project closeout activities as needed.
- 3+ years of experience with custom residential home building
