The Field Superintendent plays a vital role in overseeing the on‑site installation and execution of baggage handling systems. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Salt Lake City, UT. Daily responsibilities include managing installation teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, prioritizing safety standards, coordinating project schedules, and communicating effectively with clients and team members to maintain project timelines. The Field Superintendent will also address any onsite challenges, provide updates to stakeholders, and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and efficiency.

• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and site supervision
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to handle on‑site challenges effectively
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Experience in airport construction, baggage handling systems, or similar large‑scale installations
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with diverse teams
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
