Industrial Solar Construction Superintendent

Overview

B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Industrial Solar Construction Superintendent to lead crews in various industrial solar construction settings while adhering to all current safety standards. This position requires willingness to travel and work a rotating schedule of at least 5 weeks on site. • Lead crews in industrial solar construction projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Travel as required and operate on a rotating schedule of on-site work.

• Experience running industrial solar construction projects.
• 5 years of superintendent experience.
• Willingness to travel 80-90% and work a rotation schedule.
• Previous superintendent experience required.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, word documents, and P6 software.

Salary: $110,000 to $135,000 per year (DOE), paid weekly. Qualified applicants may be eligible for per diem. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO). The schedule for this position varies but is typically five to six 8 to 10-hour days per week.
