We are seeking a PCCP Superintendent (or General Foreman ready for the next step in your career) to lead night‑shift concrete pavement removal and replacement operations for an established heavy civil contractor on UDOT roadway rehabilitation projects in the Ogden, UT area.
This is a hands‑on field leadership role overseeing self‑perform crews and subcontractors performing concrete pavement panel replacement under active traffic conditions. The Superintendent will drive production, safety, and quality during critical nighttime closure windows.
Position Highlights- Salary: ~$125,000+ DOE

- Lead nightly PCCP removal and replacement operations on UDOT roadway rehabilitation work.
- Supervise a ~10‑person self‑performing crew plus subcontractors.
- Plan and execute panel removal, base prep, doweling, concrete placement, and jointing.
- Coordinate traffic control, lane closures, and MOT requirements for night work.
- Ensure compliance with UDOT specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
- Drive production targets within limited closure windows.
- Coordinate equipment, deliveries, and subcontractor sequencing.
- Maintain safety leadership in nighttime highway work zones.
- Track quantities, production, and daily field documentation.
- Communicate daily with Project Manager and project leaders.
- Superintendent or Foreman leadership on PCCP removal, panel replacement, or pavement rehab.
- Experience on UDOT or DOT roadway projects.
- Managing ~10+ craft workers in self‑perform heavy civil operations.
- Night highway construction and traffic control environments.
- Concrete pavement repair processes including dowels, tie bars, base prep, and placement.
- Subcontractor coordination in roadway rehabilitation work.
