We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support project teams with administrative, documentation, and coordination efforts from pre-construction through project closeout on heavy civil and underground utility projects throughout Utah.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract & Document Coordination:
    Assist with routing contracts for internal and external signatures; organize and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Submittals & Document Control:
    Prepare and track submittal packages, RFIs, and transmittals; maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence; ensure timely follow-up on pending items and approvals.
  • Plans & Project Documentation:
    Distribute updated plans and documents to project teams and subcontractors; ensure field teams are working from the most current drawings and specifications.
  • Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
    Assist in gathering and organizing subcontractor and supplier quotes; support purchase order and subcontract documentation tracking; maintain updated vendor and subcontractor contact lists.
  • Project Support & Coordination:
    Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project needs; assist with scheduling coordination, meeting notes, and tracking project milestones; coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Field & Administrative Support:
    Assist with jobsite documentation, reporting, and data entry as needed; support onboarding documentation and compliance tracking for subcontractors.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Basic understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project processes.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with construction management software is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated and team-oriented mindset.
