Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale electrical construction projects in Reno & Las Vegas. This role will oversee project execution from preconstruction through completion while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance targets are met.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned electrical construction professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has experience managing complex commercial or mission‑critical projects.

Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors; identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage project, construction, budget, contract, time, planning, team, negotiation, and risk management.

• At least 5 years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Strong skills in project management, construction management, budget management, contract management, time management, planning and organizing, team management, negotiation, and risk management
