Traveling Superintendent

Superintendent (Traveling) Traveling $130k-$145k + Vehicle + Per diem + bonus + Benefits 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + Experience on Commercial projects such as Banks, retail, office buildings, etc. Ground-up experience is required We are a well-established 250-person General Contractor with a focus on commercial projects. We have a wide range of projects across Commercial, retail, banks, etc.

What You Will Be Doing Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc. Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc. Monitor construction progress Maintain a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position 6+ years experience as a Superintendent Ground-up commercial projects (such as banks, retail, office buildings, or related) Excellent planning and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated
