Responsibilities- Leads and maintains Client relationships through the Project Process
- Takes an active role in new business development; markets Galloway’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Manages Architecture team members and assists in managing project deliverables and schedules.
- Oversees the development and reviews construction documents.
- Coordinates with and advises client throughout the Design and Construction phase of the project.
- Researches and specifies building materials, systems, and products.
- Research codes and verifies code compliance.
- Oversees and assists the management of the construction administration phase.
- Performs shop drawing and submittal reviews.
- Directs construction administration activities on projects.
- Possesses an excellent understanding of building systems and design.
- Possesses working knowledge of value engineering.
- Possesses detailed knowledge of the construction process.
- Understands permitting and certification processes for building projects.
- Understands codes and standards in building design.
- Understands basic tenants of various engineering reports associated with project construction.
- Understands and assists in the management of construction schedules and budgets.
- Can review and understanding construction pay applications, change orders, requests for information, and other construction-related documentation.
- Possesses detailed knowledge in various agencies and disciplines involved in the construction process; integrates and coordinates all parties for successful completion of construction projects.
- Possesses detailed knowledge of project budgets and scheduling.
- Is proficient in Revit
, Bluebeam
, Google Sketch Up, COMcheck-EZ, Speclink, and Microsoft Products. Knowledge of Adobe products is encouraged but not required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in architecture, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Municipal, State or County based projects, Master Planning and Programming
- Experience in Healthcare based projects
- Experience in Industrial and mixed-use projects
- Typically, a minimum of fifteen years’ experience in the Architecture field

Salary$100,000 - $125,000
