MEP Construction Executive

A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Executive to oversee operations, lead project teams, and drive successful delivery of complex mechanical construction projects. This individual will provide strategic leadership across projects, teams, and business operations while ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams
• Oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Drive operational strategy, project performance, financial results, and process improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Support business growth, team development, and long-term company goals
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen project execution

• 10+ years of experience in commercial mechanical construction
• Proven success leading teams and managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Experience overseeing project financials, operations, and client relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
