Data Center Project Manager; Electrical, Mechanical

Job Overview

B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full‑time Data Center Project Manager to manage data center construction projects. The first project is in Turkey, Texas, and the candidate will be on the job site full‑time working directly with our project director.

The position offers a competitive salary of $120,000‑$150,000 or more (DOE) paid weekly, with eligibility for per diem and benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, paid time off (PTO), and a vehicle allowance.

• Manage the overall profitability of the project.
• Define project scope and deliverables while managing constraints.
• Create clear and attainable project objectives and oversee project quality.
• Communicate with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Plan, execute, and finalize industrial projects according to contractual agreements and budget.
• Work with VP, PD, and HR to oversee job interviewing, hiring, and training for employees.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise your team.

• Electrical Journeyman License preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a data center construction environment preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Willingness to be on site 100% of the time.
• Proven history handling multi‑million‑dollar projects.
• Construction Management degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, detail‑oriented, growth‑oriented, efficient, safety‑attentive, and customer‑service skills.
