As a Footings and Foundation General Laborer, you'll back up our construction crew so each concrete phase stays on track and the site is ready for the next step.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up, strip, and clean forms for footings and foundations
• Haul and stage materials, tools, and jobsite supplies as directed
• Help with rebar handling and basic site prep

Required skills/qualifications:

• Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Reliable, on time, and ready for hands-on general labor
• Willing to learn, listen, and take direction

Your day starts early heading straight out to the jobsite. This is onsite construction-moving, staying busy, and keeping pace as the crew works toward a concrete pour. You'll spend chunks of time packing forms, tying and packing rebar, and helping build wall sections before placement. The rhythm is steady and physical, and when schedules get tight, overtime can pop up-often including some Saturday mornings.
