Construction Superintendent
Superintendent Toole, UT Full-Time On-Site $120,000 - $150,000/yr
This is a full time/permanent position with a 200-person general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Superintendent with either ground-up and/or TI commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
- Monitor construction progress
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a superintendent
- Experience on TI and/or ground-up commercial projects
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
