We are looking for hardworking, reliable concrete footing and foundation laborers to join our growing team at SCW Utah. You will play a key role in constructing high-quality footings, foundations, and related concrete work for residential and commercial projects across Utah.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites, formwork setup, and rebar placement for footings and foundations.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to project specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment safely.
- Assist with site cleanup and material handling.
- Work effectively as part of a team under the direction of foremen and supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in concrete, footings, foundations, or general construction preferred (will train motivated candidates).
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Utah.
