- Maintain project schedules and drive milestones to completion
- Enforce strict quality control and finish standards
- Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and ownership groups
- Manage site safety and compliance procedures
- Oversee installation of high-end interior finishes, millwork, glass systems, and specialty architectural elements
- Ensure construction aligns with detailed plans, specifications, and client expectations
- Solve problems quickly while maintaining project momentum
- Deliver projects that make clients say, "That’s exactly what we envisioned."
This role requires someone who has walked the floors of a law firm TI project before and understands the details that matter most.

Law firm projects are a different animal. They combine architectural precision, client sensitivity, and demanding schedules
. For the right Superintendent, they are also some of the most satisfying builds in the industry.
In this role, you will:
- Lead high-profile interior projects
- Work with experienced teams and respected clients
- Deliver spaces where important decisions are made every day
- Build projects that showcase craftsmanship and expertise
Salary up to $140,000
