As our Concrete Superintendent
, you command the chaos and turn raw materials into rock-solid results. From foundations that anchor skylines to slabs that set the tone, you are the conductor of crews, schedules, safety, and quality. When the pump fires up and the crew locks in, you're already three steps ahead.

• Lead concrete crews through pours, finishes, formwork, and reinforcement with confidence and clarity
• Plan, schedule, and execute work to keep projects charging forward on time and on budget
• Own site safety like it's personal, because it is
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subs, and suppliers to keep the rhythm tight
• Read plans, anticipate challenges, and solve problems before they slow the ride
• Set the standard for quality, productivity, and crew morale

• Deep hands-on experience in concrete construction, from footings to flatwork
• Proven leadership that earns respect on the jobsite
• Strong understanding of schedules, logistics, and sequencing
• A sharp eye for quality and a zero-tolerance mindset for unsafe practices
